Do I have to create an account to view the KONA KASE offerings?
Yes, you must create a profile to get to our product purchase page. However, you can navigate the rest of konakase.com by using the links at the bottom of our homepage.
How much does each “KASE” cost?
Each Kase is $15, with free shipping. We also offer a 3, 6, and 12 month subscription.
What is in each monthly “KASE”?
Each Kase has an assortment of premium nutrition samples from gels to bars to granola and more. Each Kase aims to help you fuel peak performance.
Will I know what you’re shipping me ahead of time?
No, it’s a surprise! We will be eliciting your feedback though so we can continue to customize the Kona Kase experience to fit your specific needs.

No, all Kase deliveries are non-returnable.
No, you’re not able to skip individual months. But you can cancel and then restart your membership.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Login to your account -> My Subscriptions -> Edit (blue button on the right) -> Cancel Subscription. If this doesn't work, please email us at info@konakase.com. *If you have pre-purchased a multi-month subscription that money is not refundable.
What do I do if my address or credit card changes?
Login to your account -> Account Dashboard; Manage Addresses.
You will be billed on the 5th of each month when we process all orders.
Can I buy multiple boxes for a single month?
Yes, just login to your account, go to the product page and add additional quantity to your month’s order.
Can I purchase a full-year in advance for a discount?
Yes, you can purchase the full year at a discount. This money will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your Kona Kase.
Can I earn free kases if I refer friends to Kona Kase?
Once you purchase a Kona Kase membership, you will be given a link. Send that link to your friends and you can earn free kases when they sign up.
